Die Casting Process: –

Injection: Molten aluminum is injected into the die at high pressure, typically between 1,500 and 25,000 psi, ensuring complete filling of the cavity.
Cooling: The molten aluminum cools rapidly within the die, solidifying into the final part shape.
Ejection: Once cooled, the die halves are separated, and the finished part is ejected, often using automated ejector pins.
Finishing: Any excess material (flash) is trimmed, and optional surface finishing may be applied to enhance the part’s appearance and functionality.
